Refund timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
Exceptions
This guarantee applies to all Pro subscriptions and credit pack purchases. If you have used a significant portion of the service in a way that indicates abuse, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, in line with Paddle's policies.
